Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
-Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards or for on-line purchases.
-Except as provided herein, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, check or credit, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificates are not transferable. Any balance remaining on the gift certificate after a purchase may be redeemed for cash at all locations other than Wheeling Island Racetrack & Gaming Center. The maximum cash redemption amount allowed at Wheeling Island Racetrack & Gaming Center after a purchase shall be no more than 50% of the face value of the gift certificate.
-Delaware North is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen gift certificates, and lost, destroyed or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
-DELAWARE NORTH COMPANIES, INCORPORATED AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
