Shipping
Since the items featured in this on-line store are from many different retail locations, items may be shipped separately from more than one retail location. In the event that items in a single order are shipped from multiple locations, a separate shipping charge will be charged by each location based on the order amount per location.
Due to size or manufacturer location, some of the items in our store require special shipping. Instructions to obtain total shipping costs for this merchandise are provided in the product description.
Because of the remoteness of many of our retail locations, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping within the United States:
Orders are shipped within the continental United States via US Mail or UPS. We select the most appropriate shipping method depending on the insured value of your purchase and the nature of the product being shipped. Our standard shipping and handling fees by location, within the United States, are:

Shipping for International Orders:
We can ship most items worldwide. We prefer to ship overseas orders by air. Please select "International Orders: Air Freight.” In addition to our standard shipping and handling fees, we will charge your credit card with the amount of the freight that your order requires. Please note that these additional charges will not be on your automatically generated Internet order form or the confirmation e-mail. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when shipping to Canada, and of the recipient when shipping to other countries. Call us for shipping and handling fees and estimated delivery times.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are not available due to the remoteness of many of our retail locations.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 and $1000 denominations and come packaged in a specially designed gift folio.
Gift Certificates are shipped by UPS Ground, 2nd Day or UPS Overnight. Please select one of these shipping options when ordering. Please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery times for deliveries outside of the continental United States.
